HOW TO ORDER:

Can I place an order through your FB or IG accounts?

All orders must be placed through this website. You can send us a message via our social media accounts if you have any questions or need further details about our products.


PAYMENT OPTIONS

What are your payment options?

For online purchases, we only accept GCASH and BPI deposit/transfer.

Once processed, please email proof of payment to info@wewearph.com


TRACKING ORDERS

When will my order be shipped?

Orders received by 3pm will be sent out to our partner courier next business day. We ship from Mondays thru Fridays.

Estimated delivery time:

  • Metro Manila - 3-4 days
  • Provincial - 5-7 days

*shipping delays due to unforeseen events (such as bad weather conditions) are beyond our control.


How can I track my order? 

After your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link where to track your order online.

You may track your order via the J&T Express website (https://www.jtexpress.ph), mobile app or 24 hour customer service hotline (02-8911-1888).


Where do I find my tracking number?

Your tracking number is included in the shipping confirmation email. 

 

How long does it take for an order to be shipped? 

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3-4 business days for NCR and 5-7 business days for provincial orders . You will receive a shipping confirmation once your order is on its way.
